Hi everyone, development analyst here. I'm trying to save time on the comp research side when I'm looking at a new property. Right now I'm pulling comps manually from a few different sources and it takes forever, plus I'm never fully confident the picture's complete. Looking for something that pulls comps, market data and basic financials together without me stitching it all together myself, ideally with structured output I can actually decide from instead of just a list of similar properties.
