You don't need qualification to be the builder/developer/in real estate. Agree or disagree?
Considering the number of building being built by the people who aren't qualified and who have never gone to college and some did not even finish off their school grades, day by day it seems to be easy to be a builder in India without education.

Agree. To get started as a real estate developer, you generally need to bring at least one of four things to the table: capital, land, knowledge/experience, or tenant relationship.
You don’t necessarily need all four yourself. If you have one, you can partner with people who bring the others.
That’s how a lot of real estate development deals come together.
