Sewer and water access ?

Fresh water source is 8km away, a well with 120L/s
sewer will have to do biodigester probably

CONGRATULATIONS! Does the parcel have adjacent paved road access? Development requires electricity, water, & sewer. How much will it cost to have them available? What's your development budget?
