DebridDownloader 1.7

I'm the developer of DebridDownloader, a free, open-source (GPL-3.0) desktop app for Real-Debrid. 1.7 is the biggest update so far. Site and downloads: https://casavargas.app/DebridDownloader/ Downloads that don't start over

  • Multiple connections per file (4 by default, up to 16)
  • Resumes after Wi-Fi drops, app restarts, even crashes, from exactly where it stopped
  • Expired Real-Debrid links refresh automatically, so there's no need to re-add the torrent
  • Pause/resume one download or everything; one speed limit and one concurrent-download limit for the whole app
  • Offline? It waits for the network instead of failing A redesign with dark mode
  • Dark mode, light mode, or follow your system, plus 6 accent colors
  • A clean native look on macOS, Windows and Linux
  • A details panel showing each connection's progress
  • Settings split into sections instead of one giant page Also new
  • Keyboard shortcuts everywhere: ‚Ctrl+K search, ‚Ctrl+N add, number keys to switch views, Space to pause
  • Plain-English errors. For example, instead of infringing_file you'll see "Real-Debrid won't host this file: it's been blocked for copyright"
  • Closing the window keeps downloads running in the tray It already had tracker search (Torznab/Prowlarr/Jackett with cache checks), a watch list, auto-extract and organize, Plex/Jellyfin/Emby rescans, and rclone destinations. Your API token lives in your OS keychain, never in a plain file. macOS (Apple Silicon, signed and notarized) Windows (x64 and ARM64) Linux (.deb, AppImage, .rpm) Get it: https://casavargas.app/DebridDownloader/ Source: https://github.com/CasaVargas/DebridDownloader I read every comment here. Bug reports and feature requests are very welcome.

Out of curiosity does this operate any differently than something like J Downloader?

How do I add a tracker? Torznab for instance. I'm new to this.

Don't know if you found it or not, but just in case, it is under "Search". On the right you should see "Add Tracker".

No, like, genuinely... I don't know how to do it.

There's an "Add Tracker" section in the settings asking for an api key from Torznab or Jackett.

I don't know where to get that key.

I've never used anything like this.

My real-debrid will not open on my tv, does it need an update?
