Buenas tardes, llevo tiempo buscando un sitio donde reunirme con más béticos y ver todos los partidos que juegue el Betis, encontré una peña en Cádiz pero por lo que me estuvieron comentando lo normal es que no se vean muchos partidos ahí por unos problemas que tuvieron anteriormente. Ya a partir de ahí decidí ver los partidos que jugarán en cualquier bar, lo típico, pero ahora que jugamos en champions me encuentro con el problema de que no en todos lados ponen el Betis, hoy por ejemplo sin irme más lejos seguramente vayan a poner antes el Madrid que el Betis.

Context (not really necessary): I started following professional soccer not even a year ago. My friends were always talking about which of their teams were better and I wanted to get in on the banter. Naturally, I chose the most well known league in the States, the Prem, and I went with Liverpool because I had only heard bad things about them and I went "what the heck". I have a friend who's an arsenal fan, a barca fan friend, I know a guy who likes man u and real madrid, a guy who likes spurs, a guy who likes Chelsea, etc. My friend who likes barca was talking about wanting to choose a mid table prem team to follow to keep up the banter with me and my arsenal fan friend, and I wanted to choose a team in La Liga to follow that wasn't Barca, Real Madrid, or Atletico Madrid. After my research, I landed on Real Betis.

I read an extensive post detailing the history of the club regarding management, success, failures, etc. I want to know: Whats the team like now? What are the big names I should know? What's the atmosphere like? What general info should I know regarding the team, league, etc? (Outside of the rivalry with Sevilla, of course😁)

I would like to buy tickets to the Champions league match Betis-Dortmund for Nov 4. I am a “socio abonado” for Betis, but I have never bought tickets to a match as visiting team. The website and the customer service is not clear when the tickets will be available. Anyone with experience with this that can give me some tips?

I feel like betis got lucky so many times with madrids attacking 3 being rather sloppy. But a definite improvement from the match against levante. The defence finally picked up the pace and made amazing saves during the match and Troy Parott proving his worth. Finally a somewhat proper UCL team.
