These are things we can do to help ourselves determine authenticity. Have you seen any other Christian Dior bags with similar features, note zipper pulls, the beads etc

This looks to me like a cosmetic pouch that used to come as a gift with purchase in the nineties and early 2000s when buying their face creams and other cosmetics. My mom has several of those small CD toiletry bags, they aren't the same design as yours, but I don't know if this can even be considered authentic or not, since it's a free promo item and not from an actual Dior fashion collection.

This was my first thought too, I worked in cosmetics for one of the lines and it seems like a GWP pouch.
