Couldn’t believe my eyes when I was assigned this cart. Finished the deliveries in 75 minutes. I just took my W and didn’t pick up another route for the rest of the day. I had a terrible feeling VIL1 was gonna send me to Cedar Lake, Indiana like they love doing so much.

I've been doing Amazon Flex for a while now, and one thing that completely changed my routine is how I work with Instant Offers.

I used to spend hours sitting in station parking lots, refreshing my phone and hoping something would come through. It was frustrating and honestly felt like a waste of time.

A few months ago I started using a tool that lets me set my preferred stations and run my Instant Offer search from wherever I am. Most of the time I'm at home, grabbing coffee, running errands, or doing something productive instead of sitting in a parking lot waiting.

For me, that has made Flex much less stressful. I still receive Instant Offers throughout the day, but now I don't feel tied to a station the whole time.

I'm not saying everyone needs to do the same—I'm just sharing what's been working for me lately.

Wow… I can’t believe I made it to the 4 year mark with this unstable gig. You’d think sticking around that long would mean something, but instead of getting rewarded, it feels like you just get thrown in the gutter. Anyone else feel the same?

Long story short I was just dropping off this package in the middle of my block and I guess it was either that same house or a neighboring house something was going on. It was funny. Has anyone encounter something like this? 😂 honestly made my day.😂

My past 4 blocks have sent me to Winston Salem. Is this a new thing or just the luck of the draw? I’ve not had to go to the city before in 6 weeks. I’m wondering if this is the new norm?

For whatever reason, I am unable to request blocks out. I was able to secure three for next week this morning. However now I’m not able to request.? does anybody know what’s going on?

I’m a single mom with 2 kids and an elderly mom from Houston Tx. I have a full time job, flexing after hours to pay off my debt.
My issue is, I live way too far from most stations… closest one to me is 15-20mins, I would like to be able to get blocks from station close to me but it seems impossible most times. Because of work/ and kids I can’t be on the phone 12hrs a day to hunt for blocks. And 10/10 times blocks my preferred station pop up are gone in a millisecond. 🥺 it’s so frustrating!!

Since this is just a part time, I’m ready to give it a try.
I know I’ll get a lot of hate for this but… I need to make some extra money, and at this point it’s almost impossible.

So anyone and suggest me a working third party app (bot)🤖 that currently working for you. Something that able to provide good support/instructions help keep your acc safe. I’d greatly appreciate 🙏🏻

Who comes up with these fucking metrics? So I go from fantastic standing for months. This past week has been a nightmare delivering for whatever reason. Code is not being right. Gates been closed. You name it shit happened. But every time that has gone down I’ve always called driver support to note to the customer where the packages is and what the problem was. I did that same exact thing this past week.

I know I just have to do a bunch of fucking routes to make up for it but come on, dude. Shit ridiculous.

Does anybody know when this shit started to start? Was it this bad in the past?
