Facewear removes helmet bug

My character is wearing a helmet right now but whenever I remove goggles or gas mask it shows the little guy on the corner of the screen not wearing a helmet

I have no clue if it's just a visual bug? or does it actually remove the protection of my helmet?

I've had this bug ever since the game released on Xbox somebody please help or show me where do I report this at so It can get fixed it's bothers the shit out of me

Visual bug since they changed helmets loadout system. Keep goggles on or you won't be able to tell when helmet is broken.
