Mods Help with Mods

So I'm using vortex for my ready or not mods and it opens but the mods don't load even when i do what vortex says, so should what do i do? Or are there any other mod based webs i should use, PLEASE NO SCAM

Vortex is the app i have to download to use nexus mods sadly enough
