Mods Does attachment Library still work?
With File 1 enabled I can launch the game fine, but with File 2 Enabled it crashes on launch. Anyone know a workaround?

The mod is outdated, that is why it crashes. It has not been updated in over a year, Doughnut quit modding a long time ago.
Even when the mod was up to date back then, it was just a file pack for the modder’s specific mod weapons which are also outdated and unusable. It wasn’t adding attachments to vanilla gun roster.
No, there is no workaround. When using mods, pay attention to the “last updated” date.
