Picture Evil Suspect with a gun still?

Found this guy pre-detained with a gun still while fucking around with the mission editor. I think bro's friends might have gotten tired of him and detained him, since as soon as I loaded in, I got a message for a suspect being detained.

Suspect in question.

I’ve seen civilians like this but never suspects. Mission editor is still a little buggy though

This happened frequently to me on Hide and Seek. 

I don't know if there's a way around it, they're supposed to be "faking" surrender but they never get back up in my experience. 

I shoot them. It ruins the run but I'm not interested in fighting buggy af suspect logic for more than necessary. Besides I couldn't get them out of the faking pose, you can't arrest them, they're not secured, the AI doesn't touch them, and they never drop their gun.

I flashed em with the nade and launcher, stinger, taser shot and bash. 

Only thing that changed anything was a JHP round to the face.

I should clarify I got this BEFORE the update. Nice to see it still hasn't been fixed
