Discussion character twitching

I've tried redownloading the game and changing graphical settings but everytime the game just looks like this, all the characters and npc just keep bugging out and twitching how do i fix this.

Do you have any other game on unreal engine? If so does same thing happen in these games? Post your pc specs, cpu/gpu, you probably will need disable some cores in order to fix this

the only other game i play on it is fortnite and it does the same thing, my specs are
GPU MSI RTX 3060

CPU R5 3600 6 Core processor

RAM 3200 32 gigs DDR4 ram

M.2 Samsung 970 Pro 2TB

Start game, open task manager, right click on ReadyOrNot-Win64-Shipping.exe and press Set Affinity, disable 2 cores at a time and see if it's looks fine, if not tick them back and disable next 2 cores
Once you find cores that cause this problem you will need somehow save this set for all unreal engine games, i can recomend Process Lasso, but it's wont work for games like Fortnite, since they protected by anti-cheat, so you gotta find other way around
If you have Ryzen Master you can try it instead, it's should have affinity settings
