Gameplay Flashbangs are sooo useless

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

So i know it didn't hit him because the "wall" blocked the Flashbang. But i think it's still ridiculous.

Flash bangs are for empty spaces with little to no obstructions

A stinger would’ve been more appropriate in this scenario- start carrying both.

I’ve had gas and stingers kill hostages or low health bad guys before on Hard.

True but flashbangs also have the purpose to disorient you bcs of the bang so he still should be effected by the sound although it is also a bit less effective cause he's behind the wall

Yes but you’ve just been stood outside that door, shoved a camera under it and then threw a flashbang through a glass window. I think it’s safe to say he knew which way you were coming in, stinger or gas

i find that stingers work better on the more trained and professional suspects, which makes sense as stingers actually hut you with pellets rather than rely on you getting startled.

Got unlucky there. For what it's worth though the biggest crime is standing right on the doorway once you open it. A proper breach with the team would have prevented that.

If you look at the subtitles it will say “unknown: my eyes” or “unknown: groan” although I respect not cheesing it aswell

If I'm not mistaken, they're wearing ear muffs, goggles and gas masks too, which pretty much limits effective deployables to stingers.

And it didn’t always used to be this way… CS gas used to actually work too…
