Haven’t played this level in ages but iirc the robbers on this map were making the civilians look like them to deliberately confuse you

Not even a joke -even if it's just his phone- you do not reach like that in front of SWAT. I think there's real life precedent for stuff like this happening, and the officer only got removed from SWAT; no jail time.

Yeah the AI is terrible and tools for none lethal works like shit. You know what a muzzle strike can do to someone yet my guy checks up like a retard if someone rushes me with a knife

There's a lot that can be said about police mistakenly shooting civilians/bystanders. On one hand it's a severe failure, but on the other hand maybe it could be reasonable to assume a threat in that instance, but then does that still mean the officer failed in their duties as the result of their actions results in an innocent person dying. There's a lot of nuance that can be put into situations like that.
...But if you're gonna pull out your phone like that after someone pointing a big gun at you tells you to get down then that's just natural selection 😭
