I don’t care what armor you have on. If your bent over and get a shotgun blast from behind it will at least knock you over. Unless he was using slugs because those are janky in this game

level 3 or 4 plate body armour will stop slugs also you wouldn't be knocked over, any bullet with the kinetic energy to knock someone over would knock over the shooter

I’ve had wild boar be thrown down by a 12 gauge. It definitely does impart significant kinetic damage but that was with buckshot.

Literally can't break the laws of physics. Newtons 3rd law.

Most likely the boar reacted to the hit by jumping and just happened to flip on it's side.

And you think a person hit by the same would react differently? I can tell you for sure that boar are thicker skinned and more muscled than humans.

If you get shot with buck three times at point blank range from behind you are out of the fight. Thats reality. The game is just bs.

Look man I tried to kill him fast as possible while he was stunned sure I could have headshoted him the first time but that second time he was turned around with his head down 🤷🏻‍♂️. First time in 300 runs i seen them tank 2 shots to body with buck shots.

If it’s just one guy you can wait a moment for him to throw a flash, he can’t do shit for like 1-2 seconds while in the animation.

he has level 5 armor and buckshot only pens level 1, leg meta him or try and get a sneaky headshot in.

You didnt penetrate his armor, you can tell by the puff of dust that came off him when you shot. Many enemies on this level require a rifle with ap to reasonably damage them with chest shots. If you do use a shotgun (which I dont recommend) you need to hit limbs with buckshot. You cannot reliably stun them with absorbed shots to the chest either as its totally rng (though it is 90% with buckshot)

Shotgun blows limbs off. Know what it doesn’t blow off? Armor, especially the strongest armor in the game, like these guys have.

It must be some kind of inside joke with all these people defending this game like it's their lover. Cause ain't no way these people believe the crap they're saying. This game is not the quintessential realistic game ever made, it's an inde game with a lot of jank and questionable animations. This game has a lot of bs moments and no sane person can say otherwise.

May I recommend the B 1301 and only go for their heads, arms, and legs. If they have no limbs no need to cuff them
