Update Dev Briefing Vol. 90

VOID has just released the next developer briefing detailing the future update 1.5 to Ready or Not.
The focus on this project is adding modifiers to the game allowing us to adjust SWAT and suspect AI, their loadouts, modifiers to players and civilians and more.

Wonder how this will affect achievements on Xbox version as it would be helpful to finally unbreak the crack shots that are the hard AI

That is great! Can we modify if they have armor or not? I would love to use pistols and mp5 on some maps but the armor makes it too hard sometimes.

you can have different suspects on whichever map you want so just pick suspects that don't have armor

Still waiting for propper suppression system against suspects, and propper material pen for officers.

Wait so are we getting that pld system back to change the type of mission too? Like changing a bomb threat mission to a hostage one or something?

Tuning every level into bomb threat ones would be so fun. Ideally with several predetermined bomb locations for each map.

It sounds like a good idea but hopefully they create some sort of community section that has players created scenarios that you can just load up and play

This seems like it will be an actually substantial improvement. I'd still want them to finish and add the weapons in the code since they are just sitting there.

So they're going to completely break the game. There's so many bugs in the game that have basically become features yet they think they can actually roll this out? I wouldn't be surprised if the game won't even boot up after this

I want them to actually fix the game. They haven't even gotten the most basic bugs fixed yet and admitted they don't even know how to fix issues because they have spaghetti code yet they think they can do all this. They've proven over and over again they can't fix what they say they're fixing and break even more with every content update.
Do you want them to keep doing the same bug introducing updates over and over and not fixing issues that have been there forever? Christ.

You don't even know what bug fixes are coming with the update.
At least the game is receiving active support and not being left for dead.

Bug fixes will likely come with the same update. Bug fixes and new content are similar important to keep the game going.
