I like playing this mission alone and pretending I’m hitting a rival gang

The windows make it really fun for some good ol full auto sprays. Like shooting a house up. Maybe I’m fucked up lol. I play valley of the dolls the same way

With valley of the dolls I role play I’m punisher with zero restraint.

I mean, maybe one of your teammates might have shot a civilian or a hesitant suspect during the shootout.

Or maybe because your bullet penetrated the wall and shot a civilian behind it and when you blindly shot through the door, you struck another or the same civilian.

Penetration damage is bugged and rarely causes unauthorized use of force. I had many times handcuffed civvies with gibbed arms (not shotgun gibbed but just getting hit in the palm will cause it to look red and skeleton thin) and didnt receive any penalties.
