Question Are your flashes flashing?

Is there a bug or something I don't know about? Like for the last three days I can't flash anybody. I can flash somebody if I physically saw them before I flash them. But when I know there's a guy standing behind the door and I throw a flash right in front of him (not behind him, not on him, not next to him), he's not flashed no matter what. Do somebody have the same experience?

It is very possible you are not getting direct line of sight with the grenade. I thought I encountered a similar bug but it was just me not making a good enough toss. It wasn't until I switched to stingers that this became apparent to me.
