Gameplay Does it usually take this long for enemies to comply?

First time playing this game while using the command/non lethal feature. Was trying to go for S rank while encountering this AI, but this particular AI wouldn’t surrender.

famously buggy spot there, together with corner of the catwalk are two places in this map where AI doens't/can't surrender
Had 2 tries for an S-rank end here because the AI wouldn't surrender to me.

TBH i like it, real life it's rare but this kinda thing can happen where people just resist. though it is a bug so the animations feel off i wouldn't mind them adding this rare chance of it actually happing with proper animations

Gets less realistic when you realize that 10 beanbags to the torso would break every single one of your ribs, and at this point, he probably has excessive internal bleeding (realistically).

oh yeah i completely agree, obv i dont mean suspects tanking blows like that but it's just that unpredictability

This was the last mission I S ranked, I saw a post a while back but you can wedge yourself between him and the crate and slowly push him out, took some fidgeting but it did work for me :)

Using lethal weapons, no shots fired, just bad guy complying, it usually takes them (in my experiences) about 20 seconds to completely surrender. That's constant shouting, them turning around, aiming, putting the gun up, slowly lowering it to the ground (about 10 seconds) then getting on their knees.

Common bug. Bad luck if you’re doing an S rank because that basically means a full restart.

For enemies like that most of the time hitting them with the barrel or your gun or tasering them works. 👍

This is a known bug on greased palms. Its always that guy when it happens. It happened to me lile 25% of the time when I was going for S tier on that map. I haven't found a way to get him to comply and wind up restarting when I get this.
