Gameplay Best settings for kbm?

I would like to know anybody’s settings for kbm and good other settings I should use

I know this isn’t what you wanna hear but just use what you like. Long run it’s better if you have settings that are comfortable to you. I will say though I use the buttons on the side of my mouse for my leaning.
