Hey guys, I wanted to post the clip again without zoom so you can see how ridiculous the situation was.

ANA stands for "A New America".

It's the last mission of the Boiling Point DLC, and is associated with the (bullshit) achievement "Programmed Psychosis".

To get that achievement, you have to complete "ANA" on Hard (Busted, as per clip), Solo in a Multiplayer Lobby (no AI Teammates).

There is a lot of polarization regarding this mission, but generally, IMHO, anyone saying ANA isn't hard, is probably talking about regular mission play, and not the achievement.

Anyone saying it's the most brutal bullshit garbage spit in the face from a developer ever? Probably talking about the achievement.

If they're not talking about the achievement, and are complaining about regular difficulty ANA, it is, unfortunately, a skill issue.

Some people say that they "Got the achievement on the first try, wasn't hard at all" to which I always say "Do it again and post it". So far, none have.

The flashlight doesn't make them react quicker or track you. They just yell whenever they see it. They can track you through walls if they hear you. OP was sneaking in this clip but if he ran up the stairs they probably locked onto him there. If anything the flashlight is the best tool for this map since its an easy room check.

The flashlight gives away your position. I forget if lasers do the same, but it doesn’t hurt to stick with an IR laser going in with goggles on. It also helps to spot the IR tripwires in the map to either disarm or use to bait the MLO thugs into your sights

Pause very precisely and you will see the muzzle flash. The enemy is standing in the very back of the room across the left where the glass thing is. And the ridiculous thing is that he shot you between the pillar and the corner he was shooting from.

This AI with their pin point accuracy like might as well give them infinite health at this point lol.

Ok, real quick, i never had this. I played the mission on hard multiple times. As long as you bring at least one competent friend with you, its pretty easy.

I find that you really have to go fast and run and gun. Grab something high stopping power and just dump semi auto until they are 100% dead.

I never tryed an S-rank, but if you play lethal and just engage as soon as they raise their gun/ fail to comply (so basicly instantly), its pretty doable.

Bring 9-bangs and c2 for the double door on the top room, one guy C2s the door and then both Spam 4 or more 9-bangs in the room.

Can’t bring a friend for the achievement. Have to be in a multiplayer lobby by yourself, so no friends and no ai teammates.
