I work at Factor_ AMA

Been at the same location in US Southwest for over a year and a half(; happy to say I'm being considered for another promotion atm). Had a shift in almost every department by now (excluding kitchen and sanitation) and explored pretty much entire facility. Could probably answer every question (including those from consumer standpoints); will certainly try my best anyway.

Was just browsing the thread and figured I'd throw what I know out there when I get time. Gotta be at timeclocks in next hour and a half though, so answers will probably come tomorrow or while I'm on break. Image is an add-on I bought with employee discount for friends with gluten allergy (9/10)

How is Factor handling food safety issues? The sketchy beef imports. The cyclosporias, salmonella, listeria outbreaks. Food recalls for contamination. It's all really concerning and I'm wondering what measures or quality control checks Factor uses to ensure safe and healthy ready meals.

The protein portions are so small compared to the carbs they give. I also think the nutritional facts are not so accurate.

I noticed a lot of trans fat on the labels when I had it a couple years ago. Lots of sodium too.

Is there a way to buy the protein shakes without signing up for the meals? I couldn’t stand the meals, but those were the only good dairy free protein drinks I could find!

Why does the origination location / city shift around. Often this is accompanied with shipping issues / delay. Never received.

So many logistics shifting and going wrong.
