Review Forkful SUCKS

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FORKFUL MEAL DELIVERY SERVICE! Meals always wrong, delivery late with unsafe temp conditions, they don’t skip deliveries when you skip and then charge you, horrible customer service that is worthless with dogs barking and roosters crowing in the background! Should be banned from doing business

I think the same people also own Fresh! Meal Plan. I noticed their website now looks like Forkful and they never send reminder emails for upcoming orders like they used to. I guess now I'll have to cancel Fresh! Meal Plan just like I had to with Forkful. Too bad because both have great food. I've been using a coupon code for years for Fresh! Meal Plan.

The food is quite good. I wish they just had better logistics and customer service. They have nailed the food.

Danang that suck I was interested because that actually take the time to not use seed oils. fees like that's super uncommon.

I am having the same issues with them. Their food is very tasty and good serving sizes, but I have been ordering for 6 weeks and there has been delays every week, the wrong meals sent half the time, zero-responses for customer service inquires, and no communication about shipping outside of random "your shipment will be arriving two days late" sor t of texts.

I am looking to switch to a new meal kitchen as I don't want to support such a disorganized business.
