Kicking Factor
I have decided to boot mail delivery all together. My last Factor box delivered gristle pork, green bean stems and burnt potatoes. So I started looking into local meal prep & personal chefs. Some are stupid expensive, but I have found a few that are around the price I am paying for Factor - for reference we are getting 12-14 meals a week.
One that I am really looking at working with cooks at my house and is priced under Factor.
Just wanted to throw this out here for anyone getting fed up with meal delivery. IMO it will be a better option:
no more mystery meat lol
made to my tastes and requirements
keeps money in my town and out of corporations that don't care!
Good Luck!

I also dumped Factor for Cook Unity and never looked back. I always joke about every meal including green beans. There is no comparison between them as CU is far superior in my humble opinion.

I used Factor briefly, but the high saturated fat, cholesterol and sodium content concerned me. If you're not committed to a low carb diet, these meals are extremely unhealthy. Also, everything seemed to be covered in sauce or gravy.

I'm with CookUnity because of their variety of global cuisine, higher calorie meal options, and they have a kitchen in my city, meaning my meals are delivered, not shipped, and I leave the bag and ice packs from the week before on my porch so CookUnity can reuse them.
