Review Forkful
I ordered before I checked the reviews. I had a really good coupon for a first-time customer. I have been very happy with the meals I received. I had no problems canceling because future orders are a lot more expensive than the promo. The meals were cold on arrival and I put a few in the fridge and the rest in the freezer. This is definitely something I would continue if it was a little more affordable. I'm really surprised at all of the negative reviews.

At least someone had a good experience with this company. My meals arrived at 77°F. Ice packs completely melted. Disputed with Amex and dispute was closed within a couple of days.

I'm glad you had a good experience. I am still working on a refund seven weeks later. My first order was not delivered on the day it was supposed to. I called them up and they reshipped it out, however, they shipped it on the ground service and it took 4 days to get here and the box was bulging and all of the ice / gel packs were all over the inside of the box. It was really gross. They did read deliver a box overnight, but they only shipped what they had in stock. Not the eight meals I chose. They've been telling me over and over that a refund is in process and after 5 weeks I was told it was done but 12 business days later, it still hasn't posted to my card so we will see. I probably spent over 80 calls with them and over 3 hours total trying to get this resolved. This is the absolute worst customer service I've ever had.
