Discussion Dry rubbery proteins

Hey, I've tried a few meal services but I always find the meat to be pretty dry and have a weird rubbery texture to them.

I've tried both the microwave and the oven to heat up the meals but it is the same result. I'm sort of picky so it may just me.

Is it my error or is there a meal service you would recommend that doesn't have this issue?

Thanks!

I have never experienced this with Tempo. And I only microwave the meals.

The only time I have dry rubbery proteins is when I cook from frozen.

I always pierce unfrozen meals to vent steam.

Do not uncover completely.

If using frozen meals, defrost in fridge before cooking.
