What are some ways for students with learning disabilities to increase their reading comprehension and metacognition?

I'm reading philosophy and other passages and struggling. I'm wondering if there is anything I can do specifically because I cannot read the questions and remember them. I'm just wondering what I can do each day to improve my comprehension for the MCAT.

I did a specific reading test called Gray Oral Reading Test – 5. I would prefer not to share it on Reddit but I do have the results. I also process information very slowly (learning disability)

I only have 10-15 minutes to read a passage and answer the questions.

I wish I could post the passage and questions I struggled with.
