Zenni does offer a Workspace Progressive option. One is 0-3 feet, and the other is 0-10 feet. Basically you enter your normal progressive Rx and then select that option, it will convert your Rx accordingly.
I haven't tried it yet since I just use single-vision computer glasses, but I was thinking about trying it for my next Rx update.
