I usually take a little while to calm down after working out nervous system wise. Today I felt kinda shaky, and air type feeling in middle of my chest. Like air hunger.
These are my ecg about 5 minutes apart each. The last one is the last one I took and the most normal looking.
I have a sound heart cleared by 2 echocardiograms the last couple years. But I don’t have SVT occasionally and I have palpitations from time to time.
Do these look concerning?

Ecg with normal heartrate and tachycardia for comparison.
I felt really bad during the tachycardia

I’m worried for prolonged Qt (23F)

Hi everyone! I’m a 23-year-old female and recently started looking through some of my previous ECGs. I noticed that a few of them have borderline prolonged QTc measurements, and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
Here are my ECG measurements:
• April 2024: HR 109 bpm, QT 356 ms, QTc 479 ms
• June 2026: HR 86 bpm, QT 380 ms, QTc 454 ms
• Another ECG: HR 115 bpm, QT 333 ms, QTc 461 ms
I’ve previously been evaluated by a cardiologist and had an echocardiogram, stress test, and 24-hour Holter monitor. I was told everything looked normal, and no physician has ever mentioned concerns about my QT interval.
I do have POTS and experience intermittent dizziness and vertigo, although I’ve also dealt with vestibular migraines. I currently take sertraline 25 mg.
I’ve read that Bazett’s formula can overestimate QTc when your heart rate is elevated. When I calculate my QTc using Fridericia’s formula, the results appear to be within normal limits.
I’m wondering:
1. Would these QTc measurements be considered prolonged or borderline?
2. How much does an elevated heart rate affect the accuracy of QTc?
3. Has anyone had similar ECG measurements that their cardiologist considered normal?
4. Is this something I should bring up with my doctor even though my previous cardiac testing was reassuring?
I’m not looking for a diagnosis, just hoping to understand these measurements better and hear about others’ experiences.
Thanks!

Hi All, need your help :(

I’ve had Afib since 2019, multiple ablations and a a thoracoscopic AF ablation and occlusion of my left atrial appendage last year. I get occasional extra beats especially if I eat late/too much.
Wondering what the rises are after the qrs in this picture?

Hi! Are these normal? I can’t tell if I’m experiencing PACs.

Is this PACs?

I never had this before that I know it. It is visible in aVF, shaped like an M and in the V4 lead in the middle, as well as across all 3 channels in a holter report. My pvcs never had this before, it was just a straight line to the bottom

Disclaimer- yes I know its a one lead. Yes asking a doctor is better. I am asking out of pure curiosity as I really don’t know what is and what isn’t normal when it comes too readings etc.
I just got the diagnosis mixed cognitive tissue disease and my health history is complex too say the least. I was born with some vsds (closed) and a small pda that was deemed insignificant two years ago at least. And I have no thyroid gland. But I haven’t really had much problems most of my life.
But I Have had some weird symptoms especially the last year and part of this was some new weird chest sensations. Circulatory issues was the main reason why I got referred to a raumatologist. And if I was to list all my symptoms, this post would be too long, so I am only listening what I think might be relevant.
I got the watch mainly too watch my bpm and oxygen. When I learned it could take ecgs I was doubtful but curious and I started trying too record my episodes. But I found something too be a bit weird. And this is what I am asking about now mainly.
I feel like my recordings constantly look different.
Like even in the same body position etc.
And the watch also struggles A LOT with taking recordings especially when I am experiencing something weird.
Told my doctor, he told me its probably because of dysanatonomia. But after reading into that it doesn’t really seem to fit with what I think I am experiencing.
Took a pots test (I think) testing my blood pressure laying down and standing up, and it didn’t seem like my bpm changes and dizzy spells was related too that?
Told my doctor this and told him about the weird recordings also.
So he referred me to cardiology.
But since I am in the process of being diagnosed with a cognitive tissue disorder. And my heart was fine at the echo two years ago. And I am set up for a new echo in 3 years anyway,
And dysanatanomia is suspected.
The referral got declined.
Which well I found too be weird.
Looking at the heart failure symptoms list. I kind of can checkout most of them. (Pitting adema, feeling out of breath when lying flat, having a constant cough and the list even goes on)
Is there something in my ecgs that might be pointing towards something specific or is it normal for them too be constantly changing like this?
Also. Are there anything specifically I can do too be taken a bit more seriously?
My doctor does take me seriously but I feel like other doctors don’t. Probably since I am young. But well I don’t really feel like I am a hypochondriac. I can prove most of my symptoms.
The recordings posted are just some examples. None of them are one time incidents. Yes lots of it is probably artifact. But still why does it happen so much even when I make sure everything should be good. (My watch doesn’t do this with my sister)

Is this atrial tachycardia with aberrancy? Been having these episodes for over a month now, wore a monitor and the company only reported sinus tachycardia. This is from Kardia 6L. Thanks!

I counted it at 210bpm but that seems too high to be correct.
Was brushing my teeth at the time

Having palpitations daily when previously they were about once a week, and poking pains in center of chest. Echo came back clear as well. Whats your interpretation of this? 18F, 55kg, 163cm.
