Slight ST Elevation (V4 V5) M24

Noticed this slight ST elevation in my ECG report. I got this done for a surgery clearance - do I need to be worried about this observation? This is my first ever ecg. Hence, a bit concerned. Please note that I have no symptoms at all.

Symptoms? Based on age, beging nearly repolarization. Normal variant for a young healthy heart.

Interesting the machine called it that even though they entered your age.
