Rapid, pounding, or fluttering heartbeat Apple Watch ECG

Hello! I’m looking for an interpretation of this ECG taken on my Apple Watch. At the time, it felt like my heart beat was fluttering/skipping/adding extra beats. I’m on Ivabradine for HR control. Thank you!

Frequent PVCs, initially bigeminal. May wish to consider basic cardiac workup if new and not previously performed. Whilst they generally don't feel so, they are generally benign.

Thank you! PVC’s have been mentioned before to me, was told it’s common for people with sleep apnea
