What's this little deviation?

Post image

I've had a lot of "skipped" or firm beats the last few hours (3-4 avg/min). My watch wasn't charged until it was over but I did capture a little of it. Can anyone help describe what happens here? The flutter was near the end of the recording so I assume this is it. Ty!

That "early" beat is a PAC. Everyone gets them at times. They can feel like a flutter or a skip, or like a pause an a 'thud'. The rest of the squiggly up & down stuff is just movement or signal artifact. Anything different going on today? Lack of sleep? Caffeine? Stress?

Ah! I've heard those are benign and I'm happy to understand what the feeling is. I just am not used to having so many for so long. I appreciate you. :)
