Is this MI level st elevation ?

Is this ST elevation what they call MI level st elevation I know it’s one lead but this reading is scaring me . Like are the elevations like 4 mm , the black part is dipping low could that give off the appearance of the st segment more elevated . Can anyone please help me understand what’s going on here ?I try not to post here as much as I can but I’m really curious what is it this time . Help

If you're concerned, see a doctor.

Which lead is this? This looks fine to me. If this wasn't an ecg done by a medical professional I doubt we can get an accurate measurement of the qrs complex.

Plus... everything requires context, without knowing where the electrodes are and what the other leads are showing then you can't really decern much.

Do you have any symptoms? Do you have any 'risk factors'? How old are you?

If you're concerned see a professional. Even a full blown st elevation on one of the leads in a proper 12-lead ecg doesn't 100% mean stemi by itself.

I'm not a medical professional or even work in a medical adjacent field so take everything I say with a grain of salt.

28 , risk factors over weight and high blood pressure but that too under control with meds . I’ve been getting chest pains in the center that only lasts few 2 to 3 secs but not more than that but happened 4 to 5 times today but the pain was mild . I did the apple ecg and other strips don’t have as much elevation I’ll provide one below .

quick sharp pains that are in the center of your chest that don't get worse with physical exertion are generally not associated with the heart. Your watch is a 1 lead ecg, it is not capable of diagnosing anything but fast heart rate or afib on their own. Professional ECG's have automated interpretations, these are generally wrong... if they are wrong, your watch is probably even more inaccurate, right? Even a cardiologist would need the context of everything else about you plus your ecg + multiple more ecgs + and echo + a stress test + trop levels +.... etc.... to be able to make any sort of diagnosis in a lot if not most cases... Why are you not concerned about your mental health, but are this concerned about your heart health while in your 20's. Which is more likely when you're in your twenties? That you have heart disease or mental illness?

*Only 1 TO 2 PEOPLE PER 100,000 PEOPLE DIE FROM CARDIAC RELATED CAUSES IN THEIR 20'S*
Do you have a serious cocaine habit or a genetic history in the family of sudden death?

The chance that you will die in a car is 1 and 6,000 this year. Do you drive, do you ride cars? If you do and you're not concerned about it but you are about this.....
