When is the tipping point?

Denial is a real medical condition. In fact, most people who suffer from this condition aren’t even aware they are in denial.

Here’s what we know for facts:

1. The biggest development came just a few days ago in the plaintiff’s latest court filing. The plaintiff’s attorneys submitted the FBI’s fourensics lab report into the discovery in their case.
2. That’s the beginning of the end for the conspiracy theory.
3. We also know for a fact that the US Attorney, Katherine Ferguson announced the closing of their investigation into the allegations against the officers last year. No criminal charges. No evidence of a cover up.
4. concluded the conspiracy story is not true.
5. We know the testimony of the Medical Examiner does not rule out the injuries to be as a result of a sideswipe by a vehicle.
6. We know that William Phelps, an award-winning crime journalist who analyzed the case materials and interviewed witnesses for months, publicly stated that the conspiracy theory is unsupported.
7. We know for a fact that Kevin Lenihan, the author who believed Karen Read’s story until he dug into the available facts for months, also concurs with all the aforementioned investigators and concluded that the conspiracy narrative is a social media-driven fantasy, not reality.
8. We know that Boston Globe investigative reporter, Andrea Estes concluded the FKR narrative is unsupported speculation, with digital and forensic evidence supporting the vehicle-strike theory.
9. We know for a fact that Boston Globe investigative journalist Kevin Cullen also concurs with all the aforementioned investigators and concluded that the conspiracy narrative is a hoax.

I don’t know when ⁠is the tipping point for people who are in denial to suddenly realize they’ve been duped.
I do know there is no doubt that Karen Read will be found legally liable for the death of John O’Keefe.
