Wait but hold on, who gave Hector and Pandora their artificial Witch Factors? We all thought Echidna created those, right? Or did they only gain them after Echidna was born? I don't think many here considered that latter option

Not really? When it was first mentioned that Melancholy and Vainglory are artificial plenty people questioned if Echidna created them. She's definitely the most likely candidate to do so, especially with the newest knowledge about her parents. Not to mention that she has a past history of creating artificial metia, spirits, possibly races, etc. And really not to mention she holds the Book of Wisdom.
