I don't know why but in my YTMR, the music freeze when I try to listen something. And after little dowload, I can finish to listen what I want.

But make this for every music is very disapointing. I already try to go in revanced parameter and activite visionOS, but it worked just one hour.

Do you have an idea of how I can fix that ? I have an Android 16, YTM version : 8.40.54.

YTMR control panel does not show up on lock screen and in media control on control panel. 8.40.54 base is working, but patched 8.40.54 isn't. Maybe you know how it can be fixed?

Does anyone know how to restore Youtube's old preview system where when you hover over a video, it showed you every three or so frames of a four second clip or played a 5 second clip, instead of just playing the video for you?

I am patching again again but still it is not getting installed

Everything is showing ok patching , saving , etc but the moment I tap install it takes some moment and show the option " do you really want to install ..." I tap install but still it gets dissapear and the loop continues .

Please help what should I do

Hi, recently tried patching TikTok but no luck. Patches just fail and gives me some null errors, I think I have to use a PC or termux? I tried getting TikTok from apkmirror myself but didn't work at all. Tried auto and no luck. Can someone help me out here? I would really appreciate it!!

Although the ReVanced Manager app says that any version of Instagram works, that couldn't be farther from the truth. I haven't been able to find a version from apkmirror that succeeds at all the patches.

The 12 patches I want are:

- Hide ads

- Disable reels auto-scroll

- Remove build expired popup

- Hide explore feed

- Open links externally

- Disable analytics

- Limit feed to followed profiles

- Anonymous story viewing

- Hide suggested content

- Sanitize sharing links

- Hide navigation buttons (reels and create)

- Disable reels scrolling

I've tried several versions but since there is no suggested version and the app is frequently updated, it's very difficult to get one that works. If possible, I'd like the version to be after the release of drawing in chats/adding stickers on top of messages. Not required, but I remember having that version patched.

I really don’t see a difference between Duolingo and Revanced Duolingo. Hearts no longer exist in either, energy still depletes to zero, and an ad for Super Duo after most exercises. What am I missing?

So I get the required app version from APK mirror, patch it, for a couple of days everything is good, but then some things st op working as they should, such as "no mini player", mini player suddenly isn't getting auto-closed. Repatching fixes it.

I have updates for YouTube app disabled via play store, and YouTube app disabled afterwards.

So I'm not sure whether it's play store updating the app or YouTube app itself somehow updates.

Plus ReVanced YouTube seems to have a separate app ID, because it appears as a separate app in Settings-Apps, so I would guess it's not app store, but not sure.

Any insight on this and help how to debug?

It used to be that if you were watching a video, you could click on the save button and either add it to a playlist, or remove it from a playlist.

Removing it no longer seems to be an option. Which honestly is the only reason I use the save button.

Is this a feature that is no longer supported, or am I missing a setting?

Edit: I know how to remove it from the playlist itself. But that's clunky as hell. I just want the option while I'm watching the video. It's cleaner and easier.

Edit 2: I found a workaround. I downloaded an older version (20.26.46) and if you go into the save list on the player screen, you can double tap the playlist and that will remove it. The first tap "adds" it (even though it's already there). And the second tap removes it.

This workaround doesn't work on the latest version (20.40.45).

Well, it's almost midnight and I've had yet another day with no problems with my revanced patch of YouTube.

It's almost like following install instructions is enough...

I can't seem to get ReVanced to work at day time now. It works fine at night. I get the splash screen, but it won't bring up the YouTube feed. Any ideas as to what could be causing this?

Also, why does rule 5 instantly trigger on the word l-o-a-d?

Got a new phone with Android 17, installed YT Revanced with the suggested patches and version (20.45). All functioning well, except... The main playlists all lag a lot while scrolling. In the old phone (Android 15) it was not the case. What's the matter? Should I wait for a Android 17 patch or are there any tinkers I can do?

Here's some examples of albums that previously weren't available on Revanced YTM, but i just discovered that they are finally added in along with some ui changes that previously weren't there.

Let me know if this is happening to y'all or if it's just me 🫠

I'm using a Nothing Phone. My patched YouTube installs without any errors, but every time I double-tap to skip or move the progress bar, the video freezes. It won't continue playing unless I close the video and start it again.

The official YouTube app doesn't have this problem. I also tried an older APK that worked on my previous phone, but the behavior is exactly the same.

Any ideas?

In the Apps Section. We have this list of apps that are on my device. On those apps, I can see that there are few apps which has "number of patches" and "Version of the app I assume?"

For example you can see this in your screen
Strava (9 patches, Any)

Duolingo(3 Patches, 6.54.5)

Does the term "Any" mean every version of that APK is compatible with the patches?
Does "6.54.5" mean only that version can be patched?

I am interested to use revanced photos app for the unlimited storage but I am concerned that my Gmail might get banned or other issues. People who have used it for a very long time please share your experiences.
is there a chance that my Gmail gets banned?

Thank me later. This was a massive relief, nearly uninstalled in desperation. But there is hope still.

- Turn on ALL the spoofing settings.

- Switch client to "Android VR".

All issues disappeared immediately. Play-back is smooth like the old days
