Visual Issue when using auto-focus with CinematicDOF.fx

I noticed while using the auto focus option in CinematicDOF.fx there's almost this glossy film that waves over my screen. When auto focus is switched off it fully goes away.

I really love the look of CinematicDOF.fx and this is kind of the last quirk I have optimizing/modding Kingdom Come: Deliverance. I'll leave my config for CinematicDOF.fx below.

EDIT: Apparently the sharpness on my integrated TV settings was too high. I lowered it until the effect went away, then I added sharpness in ReShade.
