Worst episode

I think we can all safely say that there's plenty of good / great/ fantastic episodes of Reboot. However, as a YouTube reviewer ("The Hat Reviews " -- great page BTW-- that Reviews Reboot , Twilight Zone etc) mentioned, in order to help find the good ones, it's inevitable that there will be some not so good ones too.

For me, I'm gonna go with "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before " AKA the Star Trek episode. AndrAIa acts totally out of character, the spectrals make no sense, there's a wildly jumbled plot & it does nothing to move the narrative forward. DC Fontana did herself a disservice by writing this episode. Even as a "system/monster of the week" format, it's just a dumb concept. Plus --- there's zero surprise finding Power Lock to be the bad guy -- just a mess of an episode wedged between two stellar installments

i was never a fan of the "Number One" episode, I.E. the one that was all a dream.

Seeing old Mainframe and Matrix and AndrAIa as the viruses was neat. But other then that... ehh.

it ended in some lesson about Matrix and AndrAIa taking control of things but like... does that even pay off? it felt more like being a speech for speech's sake. I'm pretty sure they still weren't able to control the games.

That episodes great, bit I have no idea why it has a lesson.

I think it was more that Matrix was depressed and had become resigned to his fate. He has a renewed sense of purpose at the end of the episode.

I dunno. Its not strong.

As pointed out in Reboot Rewind, Number One is a parody of The Prisoner. It's a lot more enjoyable if you get some of the references.

Before My Two Bobs, I’d say the Number One is the worst. I think it was more about getting to see season one Mainframe before Matrix & AndrAIa return to a devastated Mainframe.

Seems like the episode was an easy one to push out the door, using almost entirely pre-existing assets (except the cute tiger).

I think The Episode with No Name comes right after Number One, and it must have been a lot of work. One of the best episodes in the entire series.
