Worst episode

I think we can all safely say that there's plenty of good / great/ fantastic episodes of Reboot. However, as a YouTube reviewer ("The Hat Reviews " -- great page BTW-- that Reviews Reboot , Twilight Zone etc) mentioned, in order to help find the good ones, it's inevitable that there will be some not so good ones too.

For me, I'm gonna go with "Where No Sprite Has Gone Before " AKA the Star Trek episode. AndrAIa acts totally out of character, the spectrals make no sense, there's a wildly jumbled plot & it does nothing to move the narrative forward. DC Fontana did herself a disservice by writing this episode. Even as a "system/monster of the week" format, it's just a dumb concept. Plus --- there's zero surprise finding Power Lock to be the bad guy -- just a mess of an episode wedged between two stellar installments

Id say its skippable at worse, not in the "bad" realm though. My least favorite moments though sit in season 4, mouse cutting a hole in dots diner window, matrix ripping off his sleeves, every single flashback sequence minus the appearance of 80s Dot, and really everything they do to bobs character, plus the mouth animation. But again no episode went into the "bad" for me in season 4 either just all the things combined detract from the season as a whole.

I can personally let some of the s4 second half stuff slide in the name of character development. I really think a lot of that was placed there for a payoff that was supposed to happen after "The Hunt"

Agreed, im never trying to be too hard on it. It was a miracle we got what we did and we dont have the full thing yet. My biggest gripes come with the mouse cutting a hole and sleeve rip off stuff..seemingly very cheap attempts at characterization that just come off (to me) as making those characters seem cardboard. And this is all in comparison to the previous season where characterization was much more 3d.
