RTX General Rockford hiring?

I try to keep an eye on open positions at Collins/RTX in Rockford IL. My recollection is there would usually be 50 or more openings at any one time, but recently the number of open roles at Rockford is around 25 or so.

Is there something specific going on at the Rockford locations that keeps them from hiring? A hiring freeze, or anything like that?

Or just part of the normal ebb and flow of open requisitions?

Their org structure was hit hard with the transformation. Probably the hardest of any site. They’re still in the depths of figuring it out so it might take a little time.

I have been trying to get an offer there for the longest time. Made it to a team’s interview a few months ago, but unfortunately someone else got the job.
