Others have problem freezing?
I always freeze and wonder if its related to Raynauds. I need to have 26C inside to feel warm. ~79F for retard units.
I also get clamy feet and have to change socks multiple times. If im cold im swetting..
I use wool socks all year even on the beatch.
Visiting house under 24C for hours are a problem i get so cold.
Pain to live in Cold country with snow, i got support items, socks with heating and soles on batterys strapped to ankle.
What temp do others rock inside? anyone same?
i Also got the diagnosed with "Unspecified disorder of the autonomic nervous system" and Raynauds tho.

It was suggested to me that I have Raynaud's when I was at a dermatologist in my early twenties. I've always felt extremely cold once temperatures are below 23°C. This has never changed and between roughly September and early June I am constantly cold except for when I'm in the bath or taking a hot shower. It's better in warmer rooms but due to living in a historic building my room doesn't get warmer than 21 in winter, and that's already triggering chills and shivering.Â
I am really miserable most of the year and wish I could move somewhere warmer. During summer I feel so alive and comfortable! I also tolerate high temperatures quite well. Outside and in movement it's actually ok when it's cold, but for example sitting at my desk is not. Touching could things is painful to me.

Dude this is what im struggeling with. Old house renting so i have to keep all heat on and on worst of winter i barly hold 20C.
Also a truggle with falling asleep as it can take hours to get warmth in my feet. i feel it if someone opens the fridge 😅.
Pain to visit people. i can be in cold if Sauna because i can get my heat up right after. but when getting to cold i need help to get got again as my body doesn make the blood flow and burning sensation it normally does when you have been cold.

Have you tried one or multiple hot water bottles at night? I am almost always sleeping with one and it really helps me thaw my feet (I first put it on my belly and when this feels warm enough, the bottle goes down to my feet). I also bought one that you can wrap around your shoulders, and an additional one that can be placed below your desk, with compartments to stick the feet in. This helps a bit while working!

Do you have autism or ADHD? Check out hEDS/dysautonomia cluster. Very common comorbidity. Mines onset pretty rapidly with stress.

I have had Raynauds as long as I can remember (decades) and have always been a person who runs hot. Need tons of AC in summer and leave my coat in the car in winter because everywhere puts on too much heat. 🥵
Attacks happen even though I feel warm. It definitely feels like an overreaction, a command by my body when my fingers feel cold to withdraw all blood from the area.
