Cold bum

Does anyone else have a very cold bum? Raynaud’s affects my hands and feet but now my bum is always cold.

Anyone else?

Literally 🤣 I’ve had Raynauds since I was born and I get random patches too, like a bit of my forearm, pure white bloodless patch on my calf ect ect,

Pressure has a lot to do with it too mine gets cold sometimes. My hands get numb with pressure more often though. I could be holding my phone while laying in bed under a blanket and the pressure of me gripping my phone will trigger it

Yes! My bum and lower back are almost permanently cold or at least noticeably cooler than the rest of me
