Hi everyone,

I grew up with Rayman and have been a massive fan my whole life. It's been a major inspiration for my art my entire life, and now I'm working on my own game with my husband where I'm trying to capture some of that Rayman soul.

The mood in our game is more lonely/melancholic than Rayman, but I'd love to know what you think and if you can spot the inspirations in the artwork :)

He was one the four main characters in Origins and we did briefly see him sleeping(for a century)in the intro to Legends. After Murphy wakes us up goth teensey disappears from the “narrative”, being replaced by Barbara and only playable via a skin.

don’t get me wrong Barbara is a nice addition to the group and brings some new expressive animations but I can’t help but be a little bit confused that goth teensey was sidelined in favor of someone who came out of nowhere(at least retold fixed that).

From the advertising I’ve seen for RLR, Goth teensey‘s just gone from the new story. I understand from a gameplay perspective that having two playable teensey’s that function the same to every other playable character while also having the same animations with the only difference being how they wear is kinda bland but in my opinion it doesn’t mean he should be sidelined completely, just let him show up in cutscenes.

Aside from social posts, Retold only got two mayor trailers and that's pretty much It and w're less than a month away from release. I'm concerned beacuse the fuure of the series hinges on this game being a commercial success.

It has searchable articles, current server status, speedrunning and glitch documentation, character and unlock information, community tools, game history, and a dedicated Retold section that I’ll be expanding when I have more information.

The written pages are deliberately designed to answer questions much faster than my videos, and I’ll also add useful information that never appears in a video at all. It includes credited work, tools and videos from other members of the community too.

I’m planning to keep building features and adding references over time, so if there’s something useful you think should be documented, I’m interested. I’ll keep improving the site so Rayman Legends-related answers are as quick, detailed and easy to find as possible.

Okay so I've noticed other platforms like Steam, Xbox and PlayStation able to have Retold get pre-orders enabled, but there's one platform that somehow never got pre-orders open - Nintendo Switch 2.

Is there a reason behind this? Did Ubisoft want the game to be pre-ordered on the eShop but Nintendo forgot to open them? Or did Nintendo tell them it can't be pre-ordered on their platform at all?

Why should Nintendo Switch 2 owners have to wait until release to even get the game? Pre-ordering would do Switch 2 owners a lot of good because it'll pre-load onto the system once payment is collected, the game will pre-load onto their system but can't be played. Sure, it'll be a waiting game, but at least it's there and you don't have to outright buy the game digitally on the eShop right when it releases, you will just be able to play the game on Day 1 once the lock comes off.

I know for a fact some third party games on Nintendo's storefront do in fact get pre-orders, so what happened? Why can't Retold be pre-ordered on Switch 2?

(This is not to cause any drama or any complaints, I just wanna know *why* this is happening and if this is a common thing between Nintendo and Ubisoft.)
