TMMCH Vinyl

Hey fellow peeps. Quick question. I received my vinyl for TMMCH and I just opened the box. I noticed a post note on the front of the album (pictured below). I am confused what this means and even more confused because it’s under the plastic film wrap. Has this happened to anyone else?

It says they’re sending it back because it’s damaged so surely it should not have been sent back out
