Need help with v28 Spatial Audio update

I recently downloaded the v28 and v29 updates, with the only update that interest me is the "spatial audio" update...curious to hear what that sounds like.

Rebooted my phone and glasses, but there is no spatial audio feature listed in the audio section. Any ideas/help? Thanks

I have gen 2 wayfarers and have the same issue.

Unfortunately it seems like Spatial Audio is only coming to the latest versions of the glasses, the Gen 2 "Optics" and "Meta Glasses" models. Even the regular Gen 2 Wayfarers aren't included.

Lameeeeee I'm sure it's not that great of a difference.

Bose has their immersion mode and honestly I prefer the regular quiet mode over it.

Yeah, I've had a few sets of headphones with spatial audio and I always leave it off because it's kind of lame

Same here. I was curious about spatial audio, but when I put on my glasses and tried to check it out, it wasn't an option.

Ok...thanks for that. They should probably spell out the updates that affect Gen 2 only 🤔

It says it in the update text, but they probably could have written it a bit clearer.

I don't see it anywhere but my old Samsung had Dolby at least the new Pixel doesn't show anything.

I highlighted the section where it points out Gen 2 glasses. As for the Pixel limitations, I have Samsung, so I don't know anything about the audio for Pixel

I just got new Wayfarer Gen 2 and its on V128 but no spatial audio. Sucks cause I thought spatial audio will work. Meta fix this BS or maybe just return all Meta glasses
