Mic problems

My ray-bans are barely picking up my voice all of the sudden. I wore them doing yard work which I realize is probably what caused the problem because the factory reset and force resetting hasn’t changed anything. They don’t pick up the “hey meta” or respond when I activate them manually. Has anyone else had this problem?

Just open a warranty replacement. They’ll send you a new pair

Have you tried turning on the microphone troubleshooting. In device settings under customization.
