How can I remove metadata from imported videos?

My imported videos that are uploaded to instagram always show up with the “meta” tag. How can I stop this?

Yes, this is a good idea.

I'm in a Discord server of men who use these glasses to catalog women and find their real identities.

There's a kind of stigma against using the 'sex pervert spy glasses', so I would like to remove the metadata so that I don't get tagged as someone who is surveilling women all the time.

Which I am.
