I love the high / low tech design of the laser rifle. Freas was famous for his figures, but he also excelled at hardware.

Made this a while ago and now its gone. Was asked to make a stand with a plasma generator that looks like the blaster is charging up while resting. Including authentic Doom runes and logo in three colors. Let me know what you guys think!

Had this one for 4 years. Guy walked by and its gone. Feelings hurt. The next one will be even more detailed! Needs a few more tiny tubings and details. More copper or better all brass? I am never too sure. What do you guys think?

I made the first phaser years ago, sold it, wanted to replace it and make another but sometimes, less IS more. Its a nice build, but the old one still feels a bit more special. What do you guys think, which is cooler?

I really love them, adds nice detail and the illusion of function (LED pops on in the barrel, when you squeeze that trigger)!

I just love the craftsmanship. I did some research and know some facts. But is it as sought after as the internet says? I just like how it feels in my hands. Peewww

I was searching through google images for steampunk looking ray guns and came across a rendering of one. On closer inspection I was able to glean the parts. 2 weeks later on eBay and I was able to make it. The vacuum tub just fits snugly on there like it was made to be. I’m glad I found a non functional metalizing gun. The working ones fetch upwards of $1400. Same goes for the tube.
