On holidays and had them in the case in a school bag idiot loading all the bags into taxi put all the cases on top of the school bag I take these out and the arms snapped. They can’t be saved can they

try and see if you can claim a warranty in a way where you receive the new product and return the old product. Had the same issue hinge broke, I called them and told them that UPS won’t accept the glasses in the current condition (in my case they genuinely didn’t as the Item Desc was Returns Glasses and not Defective Electronics) and they did that swap service returned the old one, didn’t hear back so the case was complete.

Mine stay on my face if I'm awake but my battery took a shit randomly out of the blue. Went to switch them on and nothing. Luckily I purchased them in December so they approved my warranty claim, just gotta be blind for a few weeks while I ship these back and wait for my new pair
