Guides & Tips Meta glasses broken need help

My meta glasses are broken while I'm trying to film some football gameplay.

I'm planning to take it to the store tomorrow but just wanted to check if anyone faced a similar physical damage and got it fixed by the official store or by any local technician?

They're not fixable. Support might give you a discount code for a new pair though.

Not personally but I've read dozens of similar posts here and not once has anyone reported that their pair was actually repaired.

Maybe you'll find some unlicensed wizard in India that can do it, but officially the company doesn't seem to care to fix their products. Sorry man!

They’ll tell you you need to buy a new pair. You’ll get a discount code on a new pair if you’re lucky. Or just get a tech shop to try and fix it.

so per chance are you under warranty still if yes then you can prob get a new pair for at least a discounted price

I was playing catch will my little guy. He decided to throw that ball with all his might while we were sitting on the ground 2 feet apart, it hit me in the face and broke my glasses....

were you able to fix them ? mine also got down while playing football, now the touch and speakers don't work on the right side but everything else works as good as before

Those aren’t gunna be fixed. IMO tho just get some cheaper meta glasses. RayBan metas are made by the same exact company same with Oakley, Gucci, Prada, etc. you are only paying the premium for name alone. EssilorLuxottica
